Having passion for our work
Our products are made out of an innovative material called Wood Plastic Composite (WPC). This material combines recycled maple wood, sawdust or other organic materials like flax, rice hulls or coconut shells, with safe, certified plastic polymers. The result is a product that is more substantial, durable and wood like than products made from 100 percent plastic and WPC is so durable it is commonly used as decking, as the material produces the look and feel of real lumber.
Maple Origins harnesses the best qualities of this manufacturing process to produce dinnerware – bowls, plates, platters and utensils that are beautiful, sturdy and versatile. Our finished products are more substantial, durable and wood-like than products made from 100 percent plastic.
